If he was a human, Lemmy would be a rock star, probably a heavy metal one, with long hair, black clothes and tattoos, screaming at the microphone lyrics like “Born to raise hell, born to raise hell, we know how to do it and we do it real well”, with the bass deafening you and the headbanging going on for hours. After the concert, he would become a sweet, loving, cuddly boy, that instead of sex, drugs and rock and roll, he’d prefer to spend the night with his girlfriend at home, watching romantic comedies, eating pop corn and drinking lemonade (lemonade- Lemmy, got it?). Do you understand? Nope? Lemmy is not what he seems. Our Lemmy is not the one other people see. He is a human centered, tender dog, that loves life, dancing and heavy metal, but most of all, he loves human contact. If you give him some attention, he doesn’t want anything more than to be there with you, and he is ready to learn everything you are willing to teach him about life and love and companionship. We didn’t find him, he found us. One day a volunteer opened her office door, Lemmy went inside and wouldn’t leave unless it was with her by his side. He was born around February 2016, he is vaccinated, neutered and healthy. He is looking for his forever home, and we promised to do everything we can to help him find it.
